​Selection Process for Territorial Army Officer 2026

​Stage 1 — Written Exam (CBT)

A computer-based test on July 12, 2026. The exam has 100 marks total. It covers Reasoning, General Knowledge (30 marks), and English (30 marks). The standard is graduate level.

​Stage 2 — Interview

Candidates passing the written exam face a selection interview. The board checks your personality, military aptitude, and documents.

​Stage 3 — Pre-Commission Training

Selected candidates complete up to six months of Pre-Commission Training. You get the officer commission only after passing this training.

​ℹ️ NOTE: You must complete a mandatory two-month annual training camp every year after getting commissioned.

​Pay Scale: Rs 56,100 — Rs 1,77,500 per month (Pay Level 10)
