​You must be an Indian citizen and a domicile of Odisha. You must be able to read, write, and speak Odia fluently. Passing a Middle School standard exam or Class 10 with Odia as a language subject is mandatory.

​Stage 1: Written Examination (200 Marks)

​A single 2-hour objective test consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions.

​The position falls under Pay Level 4 of the Odisha Revised Scales of Pay (ORSP) Rules, 2017.
