Selection Process for OPSC AEE Civil

Stage 1 — Written Exam

OPSC held this exam on August 30, 2015. The board deleted out-of-syllabus questions and gave pro-rata marks based on High Court orders.

​Stage 2 — Document Verification

Report half an hour early to 19, Dr. P.K. Parija Road, Cuttack. Verification starts at 8:30 AM for the morning shift and 12:30 PM for the afternoon shift.

​Stage 3 — Interview

You will draw lots to get your interview board. This keeps the process fair. The board will not know your name or roll number. You will appear using a randomly generated code number.

OPSC AEE Civil Salary 2026

Pay Scale: Level 12 (approximate projection)

​What you get every month (approx):

• ​Basic Pay: Rs 56,100
• ​DA at current rate: Rs 28,050
• ​HRA (depends on city): Rs 5,049 — Rs 10,098
• ​Total Gross: Rs 89,199 approx
