​You must be an Indian citizen. Candidates from all districts of Jammu and Kashmir can apply.

Selection Process for JKSSB Recruitment 2026

Stage 1 — Written Exam

A written test containing objective multiple-choice questions. The exam is conducted in English only. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. Candidates scoring above the cut off go to Stage 2.

Show original documents directly to the selection board. Bring your domicile, educational certificates, identity proof, and passport photos.

Pay Scale: Rs 19,900 — Rs 81,100 per month (Pay Level 2 to Level 6)
