PSEB 8TH Grading Process for PSEB 8th 2026

Stage 1 — Theory Exam A written test of 80 marks covering core subjects. Duration is 3 hours. There is no negative marking. Candidates scoring above 33% go to the pass list.

Stage 2 — Internal Assessment Schools upload 20 marks based on your year-long performance. This is mandatory to clear.

Stage 3 — Final Scorecard The board combines theory and internal marks.

ℹ️ NOTE: Final merit is based on the combined written and internal marks. There is no interview for topping the exams.

PSEB 8TH Topper Scholarship Amount 2026

State toppers and merit holders receive financial support and certificates from the Punjab Government.

Reward Scale: Rs 5,100 — Rs 21,000 one-time reward (expected)
